1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Shivani Events website or contacting us for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Shivani Events provides event decoration services including but not limited to wedding decoration, birthday setups, stage decoration, and anniversary arrangements in and around Saran, Bihar. All service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after an advance payment as agreed upon.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may result in forfeiture of the advance.
• Any changes to event details must be communicated at least 72 hours before the event.
• Prices are agreed upon at the time of booking and may vary for additional requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, and content on this website are the property of Shivani Events. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shivani Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Force Majeure

Shivani Events shall not be held responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

7. Photography & Media

Shivani Events may photograph/video our decorated events for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
